After losing to Howell the last time they met, Hartland decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Hartland Eagles walked away with a 43-33 win over the Howell Highlanders on Friday. The victory was nothing new for the Eagles as they're now sitting on four straight.

Hartland pushed their record up to 19-5 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 27.5 points on average over those games. As for Howell, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-7.

Coming up, Hartland will take on South Lyon at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. South Lyon's defense has only allowed 28.4 points per game this season, so Hartland's offense will have their work cut out for them. Howell does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
