For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory Goldstein has posted yet this season.
Despite the defeat, Medgar Evers College Prep had strong showings from Noah Scobie, who scored 14 points along with five assists, and Dejon Williams, who scored 17 points along with seven rebounds. Tyree Keitt was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Goldstein's victory bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Medgar Evers College Prep, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-3.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Goldstein will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Tilden at 5:00 p.m. on January 30th.
