There's no place like home for Mooresville, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  on Thursday. They blew past the Terre Haute North Vigo Patriots 9-0 on Friday. Considering the Pioneers have won ten matchups by more than five  runs this season, Friday's  blowout was nothing new.
 Reagan Bauer made a splash no matter where she played. She  didn't allow a single  earned run and  allowed only  one  hit while striking out 12 over seven innings pitched. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't  tossed less than five  strikeouts in 11 consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate,  going 2-for-4 with four  RBI, one  triple,  and one  run. Those  four  RBI gave  her a new career-high.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Tatum Humphrey, who  got on base  in two of her four plate appearances with two  runs and one  RBI. Another player making a difference was  Maddie Pierini, who  went 1-for-3 with two  RBI.
Mooresville moved to 17-11 with that  victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Terre Haute North Vigo,  with the  defeat, they broke their eight-game winning streak and moved their record to 22-6.
