The Liverpool Warriors fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back wins it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They skirted past Proctor 29-26. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Liverpool also won the last time the pair played back in September.
Despite the defeat, Proctor had strong showings from Kamal Cisson-Ali, who rushed for 123 yards and three touchdowns, and Jerquell Henderson, who rushed for 92 yards on only seven carries. Cisson-Ali hasn't dropped below 100 rushing yards for four straight games.
Liverpool's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Proctor, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.
Liverpool will head out on the road to face off against Christian Brothers Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Christian Brothers Academy will be coming into the game with an undefeated record on the line. Proctor does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
