The Minto Lakers stacked an eighth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Saturday. They blew past Tri-Valley 74-52. The win was familiar territory for Minto who now have four in a row.
Andrew David was his usual excellent self, scoring 42 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Jeff Frank was another key contributor, scoring nine points.
Minto's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-1. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.3 points per game. As for Tri-Valley, they now have a losing record at 3-4.
Minto's road trip will continue as they head out to face Unalakleet at 7:30 p.m. on February 2nd. Tri-Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
