This season hasn't been kind to the Reagan Bison, who are still winless after their fifth match. They took a serious blow against North Miami Beach on Monday, falling 41-3. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Reagan has scored all season.
Laila Henderson continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for North Miami Beach, scoring 17 points along with eight rebounds. That makes it five consecutive games in which Henderson has scored at least 25% of North Miami Beach's points. Another player making a difference was Amelinda Odelus, who scored two points along with ten steals.
Reagan bumped their record down to 0-5 with that loss, which was their third straight at home. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 11.0 points per game. As for North Miami Beach, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
Reagan will head out on the road to face off against Jackson at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Jackson comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 21 points in their last three games, a trend the squad is of course eager to reverse. As for North Miami Beach, they will be playing at home against Goleman at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Goleman is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
