Last Friday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Brighton beat Juan Diego Catholic 70-64.
Brighton's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Nash Matheson, who scored 26 points. The matchup was Matheson's seventh in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Josh Mawhinney, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and ten rebounds.
Meanwhile, Park City scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They had just enough and edged Tooele out 70-67.
Brighton now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Park City, their win bumped their record up to 3-5.
