In what's become a running theme this season, the Ballou Knights gave their fans yet another huge  win on Friday. They blew past Banneker 69-48. The  victory made it back-to-back wins for Ballou.
 Ballou was led to victory by  Lorenzo Martin and  Samaud Benton-McDonald.  Martin  scored 23 points along with eight  rebounds and three  steals, while  Benton-McDonald  scored 24 points along with two  steals. Martin is trending in the right direction, as he's improved his point production for three games straight. The team also got some help courtesy of  Tyrek Ray-archer, who  scored nine points along with seven  rebounds and three  steals.
 Despite the  defeat, Banneker had strong showings from  Jeremiah Shelton, who  scored 16 points along with seven  rebounds and seven  steals, and  Doran Clausell, who  scored 24 points along with five  steals. Shelton has been hot recently, having posted two or more  steals the last 13 times he's  played.  Dominic Rusciolelli was another key contributor,  scoring three points along with six  rebounds and four  steals.
 Ballou pushed their record up to 14-11 with that  victory, which was their third straight  on the road. Those good results were due in large part to their  offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 57.0 points per game. As for Banneker,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 12-9.
 Ballou does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Banneker also has no future games currently scheduled.
