Cranston West's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Kyla Buco, who scored 17 points along with two steals, and Olivia Tedeschi-Moran who scored 16 points. Buco is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last five games she's played. Another player making a difference was Saniyya Chase, who scored six points along with six rebounds and two steals.
East Providence suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Tuesday. They took a serious blow against North Kingstown, falling 67-33.
Cranston West's defeat dropped their record down to 7-5. As for East Providence, they bumped their record down to 2-7 with that loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.
