Hamilton won the last time they faced Wilson and Michael Gooden did his part to make sure it happened again. The Yankees took down the Mules 82-65 on Wednesday thanks in part to Gooden, who dropped a double-double with 22 points and 11 boards. He is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down eight or more in each of the last 12 games he's played dating back to last season.

Matthew Thierry was another key player, as he made all 5 shots he took to post 16 points in addition to eight boards and three steals. Thanks to that strong game, he now owns an excellent 44.4% three-point shooting accuracy.

Hamilton's record is now 6-1. As for Wilson, they suffered their first home defeat, dropping their record down to 4-2.

Coming up, Hamilton will venture away from home to square off against Los Angeles CES at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Unicorns will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Yankees surely won't give up without a fight. As for Wilson, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Salesian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Mules will need to watch out since the Mustangs have now posted at least 55 points in their last three games.
