Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Shelby Matteson and Aubrey White Lead Milton to Victory

Milton had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the West Forsyth Wolverines. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2023.

Milton was led to victory by Aubrey White and Shelby Matteson. White had 13 digs, while Matteson had four aces and three digs. Those 13 digs gave White a new career-high.

Milton's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for West Forsyth, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Milton has already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Northgate on the 9th. As for West Forsyth, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Glynn Academy on the 9th.
