Acosta Posts Huge Game in 48-35 Win
Starting off the list is Ashley Ridge's Jayden Acosta, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Acosta rushed for 134 yards and three touchdowns, and also picked up 32 receiving yards. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fifth straight game with at least 100 rushing yards dating back to last season.
On the season, Acosta has averaged 23.8 receiving yards per game. It gets even more impressive: after six games last season, he was only averaging 92 rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 150.33 rushing yards.

Ashley Ridge had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Campbell it was a similar story. Campbell rushed for 191 yards on only 15 carries the last time he and the Swamp Foxes duked it out back in September of 2023.

Trevor Kalisz Makes It Two for Ashley Ridge
Another Ashley Ridge player making an appearance on this list is Trevor Kalisz. He threw for 346 yards and three touchdowns while completing 83.9% of his passes.
If the past is any indication, Kalisz could be in store for another big game when he takes on Stall on Friday. Kalisz threw for 251 yards and five touchdowns while completing 83.3% of his passes the last time he and the Warriors duked it out back in October of 2023.

Malquan Pimentel Jr Delivers Best Effort of Season
Fort Dorchester came up short on Friday despite Malquan Pimentel Jr delivering his best game to date. Pimentel Jr picked up 0.5 sacks, forced a fumble, and made seven total tackles. He is becoming a predictor of Fort Dorchester's success: when he posts at least four total tackles the team is 2-1 (and 1-2 when he doesn't).
