The Tahoma Bears will face off against the Stadium Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Tahoma will be looking to extend their current 12-game winning streak.
Tahoma's hitters will try to repeat the strong performance they gave on Wednesday, when they got past Kentridge's usually-dominant pitching crew. The Bears were the clear victors by a 16-1 margin over the Chargers. The result was nothing new for the Bears, who have now won ten games by seven runs or more so far this season.
Alexa Ramirez spent all six innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on three hits and racked up ten Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in five consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Taryn Jones was incredible, firing off two home runs, seven RBI, and three runs while going 4-for-4. Those two home runs gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Mia Hammington, who went 3-for-5 with four RBI, one triple, and one run.
They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Tahoma kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 14 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least nine hits in eight consecutive matches.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Stadium, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They had just enough and edged out Kentwood 10-9. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Tigers have posted since March 20, 2024.
The team relied heavily on Hayden McCabe, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI. London Kim was another key player, going 1-for-4 with one home run and two runs.
Tahoma's win was their 15th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 15-2. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Stadium, they now have a winning record of 7-6.
Tuesday's contest will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Tahoma hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .373. However, it's not like Stadium struggles in that department as they've averaged .351. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Tahoma took their win against Stadium in their previous meeting on April 2nd by a conclusive 13-1 score. Do the Bears have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Tigers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
