Randle had a senior duo take command as Wayne Kelly dropped a double-double with 14 points and 15 boards and Jacob Davis dropped a double-double with 11 points and ten rebounds. Those 15 rebounds set a new season-high mark for Kelly. Another player making a difference was David Anunne, who posted 15 points.
Randle was working as a unit and finished the game with 17 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Pflugerville Connally only eight assists.
Pflugerville Connally lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Joshua Doe, who went 8-for-18 en route to 19 points in addition to five boards and four steals. That's the most steals he has posted since back in December of 2024. Michael Scruggs was another key player, going 5-for-11 on his way to 14 points.
Randle's win bumped their record up to 22-12. As for Pflugerville Connally, their defeat dropped their record down to 24-13.
Coming up, Randle will face off against Port Arthur Memorial at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Port Arthur Memorial's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last seven matches. Pflugerville Connally does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
