The Lighthouse Baptist Academy Ambassadors beat the South Baldwin Christian Academy Knights 3-1  on Friday.
 Lighthouse Baptist Academy was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-10, 20-25,  25-20.
 Despite the  defeat, South Baldwin Christian Academy saw an underclassman step up: sophomore  Myah Molina  had 24  digs and three  aces. With that strong performance,  Molina is now averaging an impressive 10.8  digs per game.
Lighthouse Baptist Academy's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for South Baldwin Christian Academy, they dropped their record down to 6-3 with the  loss, which was their third straight  on the road.
 Coming up, South Baldwin Christian Academy will square off against Full Life Christian Academy at 5:30  p.m.  on Monday. Lighthouse Baptist Academy will be paying especially close attention to the Knights'  contest: after the Knights face off against Pensacola Christian Academy, they'll take on Lighthouse Baptist Academy again  at 6:30  p.m.  on  the 15th.
