There's no place like home for Smoky Hill, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They walked away with a 9-6 victory over the Rangeview Raiders on Saturday. The win continues a trend for the Buffaloes in their matchups with the Raiders: they've now won seven in a row.

Smoky Hill let Max Goodrich and Jaxson Robson run wild. Goodrich scored a run and stole two bases while going 2-for-3, while Robson scored two runs while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances. Jonathan Fonseca also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen bases of the season.

Smoky Hill always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .538. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Rangeview only posted an OBP of .321.

Smoky Hill's record is now 4-2. As for Rangeview, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-3.
