Andrew Jackson Academy won the last time they faced Beaufort Academy and things went their way  on Friday too. The Andrew Jackson Academy Warriors secured  a  66-61 W over the Beaufort Academy Eagles.
Andrew Jackson Academy's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Hall Sease, who  dropped  a double-double on 14 points and 25  rebounds. With that strong performance,  Sease is now averaging an impressive 8.5  boards per game.  Elizuh Davis was another key player,  dropping  a double-double on 12  points and 12  rebounds.

 Andrew Jackson Academy  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 25  offensive rebounds. That's the most  offensive boards they've posted since back in January of 2024.
 Despite the  loss, Beaufort Academy saw an underclassman step up: sophomore  Jace Paulk  went 7 for 15  on his way to 24 points and seven  boards. Those 24  points set a new season-high mark for  Paulk. Another player making a difference was  Gunnar Andrews, who  posted ten points.
Andrew Jackson Academy is  on a roll lately: they've  won three of their last four matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record  this season. As for Beaufort Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-10.
 Andrew Jackson Academy will head out on the road to  face off against  Orangeburg Prep  at 7:00  p.m.  on Monday. Orangeburg Prep knows how to get  points on the board -- the  squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 13 games -- so hopefully Andrew Jackson Academy likes a good challenge. As for Beaufort Academy, they will look to defend their home court  on Tuesday against Bethesda Academy  at 7:00  p.m.
