It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact the Eufaula Ironheads can now relate to. They lost to Vian at home by a decisive 33-14 margin on Friday. It was the first time this season that Eufaula let down their fans at home.
Ledger Folsom threw for 83 yards and a touchdown. Kaden Rice was his top target, picking up 75 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Eufaula's loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Vian, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season.
Eufaula does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Vian will take on Adair at TBD on Friday. Adair is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last eight games.
