Fayette Ware have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. They will look to defend their home turf on Friday against Manassas at 7:00 PM. It might come down to the wire as the MaxPreps state rankings project a close contest.
Fayette Ware suffered a grim 0-28 defeat to Mitchell two weeks ago.
Last Friday, Manassas came up short against Mitchell, falling 6-18.
With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better outcome in this one. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous game, so their meeting could be a low-scoring affair.
