The Park Place Christian Academy Crusaders's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. They took a 57-41 bruising from Lamar. Lamar's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jonathan Hart led the charge by dropping a double-double on 22 points and 11 rebounds. Hart's trending in the right direction, as he's improved his point production for three games straight. Zion Huggins was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with three steals.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Park Place Christian Academy will take on Wayne Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lamar, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Meridian HomeSchool at 7:15 p.m. Meridian HomeSchool is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'.
