Elijiah Oehlke Delivers Best Effort of Season
Trinity Christian was led to victory by Elijiah Oehlke, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Oehlke wasn't messing around, throwing for 433 yards and six touchdowns while picking up 14.9 yards per attempt. The contest was his fourth straight with three or more passing touchdowns dating back to last season.
Oehlke is probably looking forward to his next game, a home matchup against GRACE Christian on Friday. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Oehlke saw the Eagles), he rushed for 98 yards and three touchdowns on only eight carries, and also threw for 247 yards and four touchdowns while completing 78.9% of his passes.
