Carroll County is a perfect 10-0 against Trimble County since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Panthers will host the Raiders at 6:00 p.m. Carroll County has given up an average of 7.6 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Meanwhile, Trimble County entered their tilt with Cornerstone Christian Academy on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by a 12-2 margin over the Bulldogs. Considering the Raiders have won four games by more than eight runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Noah Chilton made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run over five innings pitched. Chilton was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with six stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 1.4 stolen bases per game.
In other batting news, Wyatt Wilson was a standout: he went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. Those RBI were his first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Nolan Hunt, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI.
Carroll County's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Trimble County, the victory got them back to even at 5-5.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Tuesday as neither team is afraid to steal. Carroll County has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3.4 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Trimble County struggles in that department as they've been averaging 6.5 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
Everything went Carroll County's way against Trimble County in their previous matchup back in April of 2025, as Carroll County made off with a 15-0 win. Will the Panthers repeat their success, or do the Raiders have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
