A pair of newcomers join this week's National Player of the Year Watch as Devante "Speedy" Noil of Karr (New Orleans) and Dorian Carter of Beech (Hendersonville, Tenn.) join the usual list of suspects.
Noil accounted for four touchdowns in a
Louisiana showdown between Karr and St. Augustine while Carter has taken over for an ailing All-American at Beech.
