Hillcrest has gone 7-1-1 against Park City recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Huskies will venture away from home to face off against the Miners at 3:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.
Park City will take on a team with plenty of momentum: Hillcrest extended their winning streak to three on Friday. The Huskies' pitcher stepped up to hand Jordan a 12-0 shutout. Considering the Huskies have won five matches by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Abigail Hitchcock made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit over five innings pitched. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one triple, two RBI, and one double.
In other batting news, Lila Vawdrey was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-3. She also put up a home run, which was her first of the season. Another player making a difference was Bailey Terry, who scored two runs and stole two bases.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Park City). They put the hurt on Summit Academy with a sharp 21-2 win on Thursday. With that victory, the Miners brought their scoring average up to 7.6 runs per game.
Like Hillcrest, Park City also got a great game from a two-way player: Chloe Pecheux. She tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Pecheux was also solid in the batter's box, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-3.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Olivia Smith, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, six RBI, and three runs. Those three runs gave her a new career-high. Dylan Radziukinas was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.
Park City kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 14 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Summit Academy only managed three hits.
Hillcrest's record is now 6-8. As for Park City, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-6.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Tuesday as neither team is afraid to steal. Hillcrest has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3.9 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Park City struggles in that department as they've been averaging 2.7 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
Everything went Hillcrest's way against Park City in their previous meeting back in March, as Hillcrest made off with a 12-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Huskies since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
