The Varela Vipers are taking a road trip to take on the iMater Charter Knights at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
Varela lost 17-2 to Somerset Academy South Homestead on Tuesday.
IMater Charter came out on top against Sports Leadership & Management on Wednesday thanks in part to the team's impressive ten-run second inning. The Knights blew past the Wolves 16-0. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Knights as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two hits in four consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. Those two runs gave her a new career-high.
