Boylan Catholic had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Belvidere Bucs on Tuesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in April.

Boylan Catholic easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-12.

Ian Cordes paced Boylan Catholic's offense, picking up eight kills. Cordes got some help from Zach Lamkin and his 11 assists. Andrew Horst controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Boylan Catholic's win bumped their record up to 16-12. As for Belvidere, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-22.
