Jud Marshall posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Tuesday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out seven over 5.2 innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one hit in five consecutive appearances.

Marshall's strong effort led Pataula Charter Academy over Southwest Georgia STEM Charter and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
