After three games on the road, West Cabarrus is heading back home. They will take on the Mooresville Blue Devils at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. West Cabarrus will be strutting in after a victory while Mooresville will be coming in after a defeat.
Last Tuesday, West Cabarrus was able to grind out a solid win over A.L. Brown, taking the game 50-41. The win was just what West Cabarrus needed coming off of a 78-53 defeat in their prior matchup.
Meanwhile, Mooresville's recent rough patch got a bit rougher last Tuesday after their tenth straight defeat. They were dealt a 57-24 defeat at the hands of Hickory Ridge. The contest was up for grabs at halftime, but sadly Mooresville struggled afterwards.
West Cabarrus has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-9 record this season. As for Mooresville, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-16.
West Cabarrus beat Mooresville 49-41 in their previous matchup back in January. Does West Cabarrus have another victory up their sleeve, or will Mooresville turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
