Emily Kate Jones continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for First Baptist, dropping a double-double on 29 points and 26 rebounds. The matchup was Jones' 17th in a row with at least ten points. Allison Munnerlyn was another key contributor, scoring eight points.
Prestonwood Christian North's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 15-8. As for First Baptist, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 14-3.

Longview Christian will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings (they are ranked 1008th, while First Baptist is ranked 446th).
