Gervais (Ore.) 56-28 after a strong game from
Daniel Parsons, who rushed for four touchdowns.
After taking the lead on a touchdown run by Parsons in the first quarter, the Hawks were up 38-0 at the half.
Horizon Christian grew its lead to 44 points entering the fourth quarter. HC's lone score in the quarter came on a touchdown run by
Colton Cosner.
Last season's game between the teams resulted in a 48-16 win for the Tualatin school.
With the win the Hawks extended their winning streak to three games.
Horizon Christian (4-4) goes up against Willamina in a 3A West Valley game matchup next week, while Gervais (0-6) locks horns with Willamina also in a 3A West Valley game.
