Hill was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 15th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 69-61 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Del Mar Dons. One positive for the Falcons, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Despite the loss, Hill still got an impressive performance from Nicolas Huerta, who went 6 of 10 from beyond the arc en route to 26 points and three steals. Huerta continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Ernesto Ochoa, who went 7 of 16 on his way to 17 points and eight rebounds.

Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Del Mar, with the win, they broke their nine-game losing streak and moved their record to 1-9.

Hill will venture away from home to square off against Yerba Buena at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Yerba Buena has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games. As for Del Mar, they will challenge Overfelt at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
