If Freedom Prep Academy were riding high off their 41-16 takedown of Middle College two weeks ago, that ride came to an abrupt end. Freedom Prep Academy might be aching after a bruising 7-32 defeat to Lake County last week. Freedom Prep Academy got a solid performance out of junior Courtenay Tate, who rushed for 63 yards and 1 touchdown; unfortunately, it just wasn't enough for the victory.
Meanwhile, Oakhaven found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unpleasant 7-34 punch to the gut against Union City.
With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better outcome in this one. Neither squad could put together much of an offensive attack, so expect every point to count.
