With a playoff game on the line, the Munroe Bobcats rose to the challenge on Wednesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Baby Rattlers 49-16 on the road. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory Munroe has managed all season.
It was another big night for Mya Mccullar, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and ten rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Traniha Jackson, who scored ten points along with six rebounds and three steals.
The victory was the third in a row for Munroe, bringing their record for this year to 8-15. As for FAMU DRS, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-14 record this season.
Munroe didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 48-42 win vs. L.E.A.D. Academy on the 9th. FAMU DRS does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
