Despite the defeat, Kearns saw an underclassman step up: freshman Marie Angilau-Lea posted six points in addition to ten rebounds and three steals. Those ten boards set a new season-high mark for Angilau-Lea.
Bonneville was led to victory by Baya Jimenez and Charity Mcdonald. Jimenez put up 11 points and eight steals, while Mcdonald had nine points along with three steals and three blocks. Jimenez is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed four or more in the last six games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Ema Eskelsen, who posted four points and seven steals.

Kearns will head out on the road to take on Stansbury at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Bonneville, they will welcome Farmington at 12:15 p.m. on December 27th.
