The Magnificat Blue Streaks will be playing at home against the Revere Minutemen at 5:00  p.m.  on Monday. Both teams come into the  game bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.

 Meanwhile, Revere put the finishing touches on their seventh blowout victory of the season  on Friday. They blew past Cuyahoga Falls 14-3. The  victory was familiar territory for Revere who now have four in a row.
  Avery Stein tossed a big game,   pitching six innings while giving up just two earned runs off   two  hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't  given up  more than one  walk in three consecutive pitching appearances.
 On the hitting side,  the team  relied heavily on  Paige Kelley, who  went 4-for-4 with a  home run, eight  RBI,  and two  triples. Another player making a difference was  Annabelle Soful, who  scored two  runs while going 2-for-3.
 Magnificat has  been performing  well recently as they've  won four of their last five matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 15-8 record  this season. As for Revere, their win bumped their record up to 9-13.
 Monday's   match might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Magnificat has hit smart this season,  having  averaged  an OBP of .469.
