Despite their defeat, Bowie saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Tyler Richey, who rushed for 35 yards and two touchdowns, and also picked up 63 receiving yards, was perhaps the best of all. Another player making a difference was Rayder Mann, who threw for 207 yards and a touchdown.
Boyd's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Bowie, they now have a losing record at 3-4.
