Selah had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Everything went their way against the Pullman Greyhounds on Saturday as they made off with an 18-0 win. Considering the Vikings have won 17 games by more than five runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.
Avery Brewer made a splash no matter where she played. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over four innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.
