Pioneer came tearing into Friday's game with eight straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 32.3 points) and they left with even more momentum. They claimed a resounding 84-20 win over the Southlands Christian Eagles. The Titans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten contests by 20 points or more this season.

Pioneer pushed their record up to 12-1 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 79.3 points per game. As for Southlands Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-8.

Pioneer will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against Desert Hot Springs at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday. Pioneer knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 13 matches -- so hopefully Desert Hot Springs likes a good challenge. As for Southlands Christian, they will be taking part in a tournament against Santa Fe at 10:30 a.m. on Friday.
