Baseball Recap: Silver Bluff Sets Scoring Season-High Against Keenan

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Silver Bluff). Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Keenan Raiders a 17-0 shutout on Friday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 16-1 last Tuesday.

Tanner Sullivan was a standout: he scored three runs and stole four bases while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played. Axel Hornung was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing four bases while getting on base in all five of his plate appearances.

Silver Bluff's win bumped their record up to 2-8. As for Keenan, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.
