The Unity Christian Academy Phoenix will look to defend their home court on Monday against the Grace Christian Academy Crusaders at 5:30 p.m. Unity Christian Academy will be looking to extend their current ten-game winning streak.
Last Monday, Unity Christian Academy strolled past Islamic Foundation with points to spare, taking the game 38-20.
Meanwhile, Grace Christian Academy scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They were the clear victor by a 63-38 margin over Illinois Lutheran. The victory was just what Grace Christian Academy needed coming off of a 53-32 loss in their prior contest.
Natalie Dalton continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 15 points and 11 rebounds. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last nine games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Chloe Dandurand, who scored nine points along with ten rebounds.
Unity Christian Academy pushed their record up to 10-1 with that win, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Grace Christian Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 7-13.
Unity Christian Academy was taken down by Grace Christian Academy 57-19 in their previous meeting back in January of 2023. Thankfully for Unity Christian Academy, Alexa Doty (who scored 13 points along with five blocks and four steals) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
