The Seton Conquistadors waltzed into Friday's match with two straight wins but they left with three. They blew past Fredericksburg V, posting a 74-25 victory at home. Given Seton's advantage in MaxPreps' Virginia basketball rankings (they are ranked 16th, while Fredericksburg V is ranked 111th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Seton's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Fredericksburg V, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Seton will take on Osbourn at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Fredericksburg V's road trip will continue as they head out to face Fredericksburg Christian at 5:45 p.m. on December 5th. Hopefully Fredericksburg Christian focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 14 on Tuesday.
