The Perry Hall Gators will be playing at home against the Eastern Tech Mavericks at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
After soaring to a 36-point victory in their last game, Perry Hall came back down to earth on Wednesday. They fell just short of Carver A&T by a score of 42-40. It was the first time this season that Perry Hall let down their fans at home.
Meanwhile, Eastern Tech's recent rough patch got a bit rougher last Wednesday after their fourth straight loss. They were beaten by Pikesville 72-17. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Eastern Tech has scored all season.
Perry Hall's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-4. As for Eastern Tech, they have fallen quite a ways from their 17-7 record last season and are now at 4-8.
Perry Hall skirted past Eastern Tech 39-36 in their previous matchup back in February of 2023. Does Perry Hall have another victory up their sleeve, or will Eastern Tech turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
