Eastside had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They breezed past the Woodlan Warriors to the tune of 38-6 on Friday. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 35-0.
Leading Eastside to victory were Job Richman and Noah Dove. Richman rushed for 178 yards and one TD while picking up 9.9 yards per carry, while Dove gained 75 total yards and three touchdowns.
