Washington made easy work of KIPP Sunnyside two weeks ago and carried off a 26-0 win. The KIPP Booker T. Washington offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the contest anyway.
Meanwhile, if Eleanor McMain were riding high off their 28-3 takedown of Lusher, that ride came to an abrupt end. Eleanor McMain were completely outmatched, falling 0-52 to Carver Collegiate Academy.
KIPP Booker T. Washington's victory lifted them to 1-1 while Eleanor McMain's loss dropped them down to 1-2. We'll see if KIPP Booker T. Washington's success rolls on or if Eleanor McMain are able to steal their positive momentum.
