The Bishop's Knights had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 27.8 points), and they went ahead and made it six on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Francis Parker 57-22 on the road. The result was nothing new for Bishop's, who have now won five contests by 27 points or more so far this season.
Bishop's was led to victory by Ian Browne and Cash Herrera. Browne picked up 169 receiving yards and four touchdowns, while Herrera threw for 283 yards and six touchdowns while completing 88% of his passes. Herrera is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last three games he's played. Ruben Gutierrez iii also deserves a shout-out for his two touchdowns.
Francis Parker's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Griffith Manse, who picked up 100 receiving yards and a touchdown, and Avondre Kelley who rushed for 69 yards and a touchdown.
Bishop's' victory was their third straight on the road, which bumped their overall record up to 6-3. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 38.7 points per game. As for Francis Parker, their loss dropped their record down to 2-7.
