Dupo and Valmeyer are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2018, but not for long. The Dupo Tigers will head out on the road to face off against the Valmeyer Pirates at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Dupo comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
Last Tuesday, Dupo had to suffer through a rough 69-37 loss at the hands of Sandoval.
Meanwhile, Valmeyer came up short against Bunker Hill on Wednesday and fell 63-53.
Dupo's loss was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-21. As for Valmeyer, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-18 record this season.
Dupo took a serious blow against Valmeyer in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, falling 53-11. Can Dupo avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
