The match was Mulholland's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Tionna Davis, who scored seven points along with five assists and three steals.
Columbia Central's victory was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-1. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.4 points per game. As for LaVergne, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.
Columbia Central will be home for the holidays to greet Blackman at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Tennessee (Blackman is ranked 36th, while Columbia Central is ranked 47th).
