Meanwhile, Stanton County put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on Cheyenne Wells with a sharp 50-26 victory. Considering Stanton County has won three matches by more than 23 points this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.
Stanton County's success was spearheaded by the efforts of David Crane, who scored 14 points along with 5 rebounds, and Juan Aleman, who scored 14 points. The contest was Crane's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Arihm Gonzalez, who scored 6 points.
