Underclassman Ryliegh LaFave came into Tuesday's contest looking to prove herself and that's exactly what she did. She wasn't messing around on Tuesday, striking out nine batters over 4.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off six hits (and not a single walk). The pitching appearance was her fifth straight with five or more strikeouts.
