Twin Lakes has gone 8-1 against Frankfort recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Twin Lakes Indians will venture away from home to square off against the Frankfort Hot Dogs at 7:30 p.m. Twin Lakes is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 54.1 points per game this season.
Frankfort better have a healthy lead at halftime, because if last week is any indication, that's when Twin Lakes really get things going. Twin Lakes took their contest on Saturday with ease, bagging a 64-33 victory over Rensselaer Central. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Indians have posted since December 19, 2023.

Twin Lakes found their leader in sophomore Keaton Miller, who dropped a double-double on 26 points and 11 boards. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Miller has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Leo Dellinger, who posted ten points and six assists.
Twin Lakes smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 21 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in eight consecutive matchups dating back to last season.
Meanwhile, Frankfort was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against Northwestern, falling 72-48. One positive for the Hot Dogs, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.
Twin Lakes will have to keep a close watch on Charlie Beardsley and Lucas Waggoner, a pair of players who had a big impact on Frankfort's prior game. Beardsley went 6 of 10 on his way to 14 points and five rebounds, while Waggoner put up 13 points. The dominant performance gave Waggoner a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jack Michael, who posted seven points and three steals.
Twin Lakes now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Frankfort, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.
Keep an eye on the arc in Friday's game: Twin Lakes has been dynamite from deep this season, having made 37.4% of their three-pointers per game. It's a different story for Frankfort, though, as they've only made 19.7% of their three-pointers this season. Given Twin Lakes' sizable advantage in that area, Frankfort will need to find a way to close that gap.
Twin Lakes beat Frankfort 43-33 in their previous meeting back in December of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for Twin Lakes since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
